Terms of Sale & Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Dalyeon (“Dalyeon”, “we”, “us”) for the Dalyeon website and the readings sold on it. By using the site or buying a reading, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
1. Who may buy
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract where you live. Dalyeon is written for adults and is not directed at children. If you are buying on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have their permission to give us their birth details.
2. What you are buying
A single, personal written reading. We take the birth details and answers you give us, compute a four-pillars (saju) chart from them, and produce a written reading about love in four chapters, delivered as a private web page with a permanent link, plus a PDF you can save. It is one purchase for one reading, not a subscription, and nothing recurring is ever charged.
The reading is written for your chart specifically and is produced with the help of software, including automated language generation, working from that chart and your answers. No two readings are the same, and no human astrologer reviews each one before delivery.
3. Entertainment only. Not professional advice.
Dalyeon is for reflection and entertainment. It is not advice. Nothing in a reading is medical, psychological, legal, financial, or relationship advice, and it must not be used as a substitute for a qualified professional. Do not make medical, legal, financial, or other significant life decisions on the basis of a reading.
If you are struggling with your mental health or safety, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services. A reading is not a crisis service and we cannot respond to emergencies.
4. No guarantees about the future
A reading may name years, months, patterns, or the traits of a person. These are interpretations of a traditional system, not statements of fact and not predictions we can or do guarantee. We do not promise that anything described will happen, that you will meet anyone, or that any timing named will prove correct. You are responsible for your own choices and their outcomes.
Two readings from different practitioners, or from us at different times, may differ. That is the nature of interpretation and is not a defect.
5. Accuracy of what you give us
The chart is computed from your birth date, time, and place. If any of those are wrong, the chart is wrong, and the reading built on it will be wrong with it. Checking them is your responsibility, and we show you the chart to confirm before you buy. If you do not know your birth hour, we read from six marks instead of eight; you may add the hour later at no charge, and we will rewrite the reading from the full chart.
6. Price and payment
The price is shown before you pay and is charged in US dollars (currently $29, before any discount shown at checkout). Payment is handled by PayPal; we never receive or store your card details, and PayPal's own terms apply to the payment itself. The price includes any tax we are required to charge on the sale. You remain responsible for any currency conversion or bank fees your own bank applies, and for any import or consumption tax your country charges you directly. Discounts and coupons are limited-time, single-use, and have no cash value.
7. Delivery
Your reading begins being written as soon as your payment completes. It is delivered on this site at a private link, and the same link is emailed to you. Because the reading is generated for you at the moment of purchase, delivery is immediate and you are asking us to start at once.
Where you have a statutory right to cancel digital content (for example in the EU, EEA, or UK), you expressly request that we begin immediately and you acknowledge that you lose that right once we do. Our own refund promise in section 8 continues to apply regardless, and is more generous than the law requires.
8. Refunds
Read your full reading. If it names nothing true about you, email support@dalyeon.com within 7 days of purchase, from the address you bought with, and we will refund every cent. No questions asked.
This is one refund per person. We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse, such as repeat purchase-and-refund cycles or the resale or public republication of a reading. If a technical fault on our side means you never received a usable reading, tell us and we will fix it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer, without a time limit.
9. Your private link
Your reading lives at a private link that acts as the key to it. Anyone who has the link can read it, so treat it as private. We cannot know whether someone you shared it with has passed it on. If you think your link has been exposed, email us and we will help.
10. What you may and may not do
Your reading is yours to keep, re-read, print, and share privately with people you choose. It is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, republish, or distribute a reading, in whole or in substantial part, publicly or commercially;
- use readings, the artwork, or any other part of the site to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine-learning models;
- scrape, crawl, bulk-download, reverse engineer, or attempt to recover the underlying prompts, engine, or chart calculations;
- probe, disrupt, or overload the site, or try to reach readings that are not yours;
- buy or use the service to harass, profile, or make decisions about another person without their knowledge and consent, including any decision about employment, housing, credit, insurance, or their health.
We may suspend access, cancel an order, or refuse service where these terms are broken.
11. Who owns what
We own the site, the artwork, the character of Yeon, the writing style, the chart engine, and the format of the reading. Buying a reading gives you the licence in section 10 and nothing more, and does not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.
The answers you type stay yours. You give us permission to use them for the purpose of producing and delivering your reading and providing support, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us feedback or a review, you allow us to use it, including publicly, and we will not attach your full name or email to it without asking you first.
12. Availability
We intend your link to keep working and to remain available. Even so, this is a service that depends on hosting, payment, email, and other providers, and we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will exist forever. Save the PDF if the reading matters to you. If we ever have to shut the service down, we will give reasonable notice by email where we can, so you can save your copy.
We may change, add, or withdraw features, and may change prices at any time. Price changes never apply to a purchase already made.
13. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
We sell from Australia, and our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under that law, or under any other consumer law that applies to you and cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we are permitted to limit our liability for a breach of a non-excludable guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again, at our option.
The two sections that follow are read subject to this one. If anything in them appears to take away a right the law gives you, it does not.
14. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and the readings are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Some places do not allow these exclusions, in which case they do not apply to you and you keep whatever rights the law gives you.
15. Limit of our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, opportunity, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of Dalyeon or anything in a reading, including any decision you make after reading one.
Our total liability to you for any claim connected with Dalyeon is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the reading the claim relates to.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, these terms do not take away your statutory rights.
16. Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because you broke these terms or misused the service, including by giving us another person's birth details without their permission, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages that result.
17. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and disputes will be heard in the courts of Australia. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, or of the right to bring proceedings there where the law gives you that right.
Before starting anything formal, please email support@dalyeon.com. Nearly everything is faster to fix that way, and we would rather fix it.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought, and we will not apply a later change backwards to a purchase already made. The date at the top shows when this version was published.
19. The rest
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about Dalyeon. You may not transfer your rights under them; we may transfer ours if the business is sold, and your rights are unaffected.
